At The Blossoming Table, I believe that food should be as beautiful as it is nourishing. Menus are created with the freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, and infused with vibrant flavors, edible flowers, and the beauty of the season. With embracing the rhythm of the seasons, offerings may vary based on what’s freshest and most flavorful. Breakfast Gathering

Seasonal Fruit Parfaits (Gluten-Free)

Layers of organic berries (local, if available), homemade lavender honey granola, and organic Greek yogurt (dairy-free option), drizzled with organic honey. Chia Seed pudding option.

Organic has never tasted so good! From delicious pastries (including sourdough and gluten-free) to gourmet frittatas made with local produce and organic ingredients (that even Grandma would approve of!)... Your next breakfast gathering is covered!

Avocado Tartines (Dairy-Free)

Toasted homemade sourdough topped with smashed avocado w/ lemon, heirloom cherry tomatoes, microgreens, drizzle of herb oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Garden Vegetable Frittata (Gluten-Free)

A fluffy frittata featuring eggs from organic free-range eggs, filled with in-season local produce, goat cheese, homemade in-season pesto, garnished with fresh herbs (dairy-free option).

Option to add locally raised pork sausage.

Organic Pastries

Fresh in-season sourdough scones & muffins (gluten-free options), sourdough cinnamon rolls, and gluten-free berry bars with lemon, in-season bundt cake (ex. blueberry lavender w/ a lemon glaze).

Breakfast Charcuterie

In-season fruits and vegetables, cultured cheeses, cured meats (local, if available), homemade sourdough, gluten-free & sourdough crackers, and in-season homemade jam.

Homemade Sourdough Bagels

Choose from everything bagels, blueberry bagel & plain. All made with organic ingredients. Served with whipped honey cream cheese, herb cream cheese, as well as a vegan/dairy-free option.

Smoke salmon lox w/ cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, radishes, avocado, sea salt & fresh dill platter available upon request.

Homemade Sourdough Biscuits

Homemade flakey sourdough biscuits served w/ whipped cultured honey butter.

Breakfast sandwhiches w/ sourdough biscuits available upon request - organic pastured egg, in-season produce (ex. arugula / heirloom tomatoes / microgreens), local bacon, homemade pesto, cultured cheese.

Seasonal Soup Shooters

Mini servings of seasonal soups like butternut squash curry with coconut cream, heirloom tomato bisque, or potato leek and thyme.

All sourdough is made in-house with organic flour and a starter using a long-fermentation method, making it easier to digest (especially for those with gluten sensitivities — not for celiac patients), and it also increases the nutrients and flavor of the bread.

Each flatbread is made with in-house organic sourdough w/ fresh herbs. Gluten-free option available upon request.

A true feast for the senses! The dinner menu showcases the best of what the season has to offer, from herb-crusted tenderloin to wild-caught salmon adorned with edible flower butter. Marinated Flank Steak w/ Seasonal Chimichurri Sauce

Local, grass-fed flank steak marinated overnight w/ cilantro, lime, red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, and lightly grilled, topped with a in-season herbed chimichurri sauce.

All are available with either organic bone-in chicken breasts, wild-caught seared salmon, garlic prawns or grass fed herb marinated flank steak.

Fall/Winter Version - Pasture-raised pork chop, brined in apple cider and herbs, grilled to perfection, and paired with a spiced pear chutney, rosemary polenta, and Brussels sprouts with a maple glaze.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Organic, free-range chicken breasts stuffed with procuitto and Swiss cheese (dairy-free option), then breaded w/ homemade sourdough bread crumbs, baked until golden and crispy & topped w/ a creamy dairy-free mustard sauce.

Served w/ roasted garlic mashed potatoes or herby rice pilaf and in-season roasted veggies.

Option to swap the cordon blue for an organic bone-in crispy roasted chicken breast w/ herbs.

If looking for more family-style meals, I also offer hearty stews (including a spring stew), & individual herby meatloafs w/ local grass-fed beef, all served w/ roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a side of seasonal roasted vegetables, perfectly paired with a slice of sourdough and butter.
